SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping: All Rocky Boxes ship at the same time each month, Between the 24th and 29th. This allows us to add more value too your boxes by purchasing in bulk and passing the savings along to you. Upon your order shipping you will receive an email which contains a tracking number for your package. We ship via USPS Priority mail and FedEx. If you have any issues regarding shipping don't hesitate to reach out via email to Members@rockyboxes.com.
Return Policy: All sales are 100% final, Rocky Boxes does not accept returns. We will replace broken, damaged or defective products with a direct replacement or an item with equal or higher value if the item is no longer in stock. By placing an order, you are agreeing that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.
All boxes ship between the 9th and the 12th of each month. The last day to purchase this months box is the final day of the month prior to midnight. Boxes are shipped via USPS Priority Mail in a poly mailer. shipping time vary based on where you are located but typically range from 1-4 days after it leaves our facility. ALL SALES ARE 100% FINAL AND NON REFUNDABLE, it is the customers responsiblility to cancel their subscription by simply logging into their PayPal and going to "recurring purchases". If you recieve a product that is either broken or does not work please reach out to us through our email rockyoffroadhq@gmail.com and we will work with you to replace the product in a timley matter.
